Experian Recognized as a Leader in Email Marketing by the Relevancy Group

For the fourth consecutive year, Experian was recognized as one of the top email service providers (ESPs) in The Relevancy Group’s recently released report, The Relevancy Ring — The ESP Buyer’s Guide 2017, announced Experian on March 9th.

Jeffrey Wilks, Experian’s executive vice president and general manager of Cross-Channel Marketing, commented: “As the report shows, 90 percent of marketers stated that it is either extremely important or important to work with a vendor that has its own internal services team instead of relying on services partners. They want a vendor that knows the product and their business — and can offer not only the software they need to elevate their marketing campaigns, but exceptional client service to help them make the most of their investment and strategize for the future. Our client-driven approach, as well as our in-house talent, enable Experian to help brands achieve their marketing goals. The report evaluates ESPs based on product capabilities, services, customer satisfaction and innovation. According to the report, “Experian Marketing Services are well prepared to deliver Everychannel, data-driven marketing and analytical solutions. … Marketers that seek a strategic partner to provide a blend of software and services to deliver complex campaigns should consider Experian.”

Additionally, Experian received high marks for its client services and support in the report: “Experian clients reported a heavy reliance on Experian tools and services to run their businesses and raved about their experiences with both. … Customers trust Experian as ‘an excellent business partner, with impeccable customer service.’”
